Responsibilities:
Oversee order processing, packaging, and dispatching for both local and international shipments.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-managed for seamless fulfillment operations.
Maintain detailed records of orders, shipments, and returns, ensuring accuracy in all fulfillment tasks.
Resolve any issues related to delays, order discrepancies, or product quality.
Assist in improving the efficiency and speed of fulfillment processes.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management, ideally in an e-commerce or food product-related company.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management software, inventory control systems, and order processing platforms.
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of coordinating with suppliers, couriers, and team members.
Problem Solving: Ability to handle last-minute challenges in shipment or order fulfillment.
Physical Stamina: Fulfillment roles may require standing, moving, and lifting products, so moderate physical stamina is essential.
Multitasking Ability: Able to handle multiple tasks at once, particularly during peak seasons.
